Real Estate
- Developed a comprehensive lead management system for a property broker that automated the agent allocation process through a D365 CRM process flow.
- Created PCF controls for property listings and made it possible for agents to see maps and images of properties in the D365 CRM environment.
- Setup security roles and business units for Dataverse making sure only agents allocated to specific listings and regional managers would be able to see property data.
- Connected Azure Functions with external property listing systems and updated property listings in D365 in real time.
- Implemented a Power Pages portal that allows non-CRM users to browse properties, schedule tours and contact brokers via the CRM.
Banking & Financial Services
- Created a lead qualification and relationship management system for a retail bank, setting up model-driven applications that would allow relationship managers to record all customer interactions and associated financial products.
- Azure was integrated with the core banking application using REST APIs that facilitated the synchronization of account balances and transactions in D365 in real time.
- Dataverse field-level security and permission levels were configured so that confidential information, like credit scores and financial data, could be accessed only by those who had clearance.
- Power Automate flows were designed for the loan disbursement process, with multilayer authentication and automated email and SMS notifications for customers.
- Created Power BI analytics for portfolio performance and regulatory compliance monitoring, as well as SSRS reports for service level agreement (SLA) monitoring and agent performance.
